Home Tuition Tutor

Job Description:
U.S. ENTERPRISE is seeking experienced tutors to join our team for the position of Home Tuition Tutor. As a Home Tuition Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational support to students across primary, Junior High School (JHS), Senior High School (SHS), and tertiary levels. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about education, comfortable with personalized learning plans, and proficient in various subjects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop personalized learning plans tailored to the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students in their homes.
  • Teach a variety of subjects, including but not limited to Mathematics, English Language, Science, Social Studies, Business Studies, and Foreign Languages.
  • Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods as needed to facilitate comprehension and academic growth.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and company management to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Stay updated on curriculum changes and educational best practices to continuously improve teaching effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.

Requirements:

  • High School level or Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a tutor or teacher, preferably in a home tuition setting.
  • Strong proficiency in multiple subjects at primary, JHS, SHS, or tertiary levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
  • Must be located within Greater Accra, Ghana.

Graphic Designers (INTERNSHIP OFFER)

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our experienced graphic design team to assist with various design projects.
  • Gain practical experience in operating large format printing machines and other related equipment.
  • Learn how to print on a variety of surfaces, including mugs, shirts, hats, and more.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute creative design concepts.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including flyers, banners, and social media graphics.
  • Participate in design meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our visual communication strategies.
  • Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned to support the overall objectives of the team.

Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Specialist at US ENTERPRISE, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients. From handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensuring a seamless customer experience, you'll be at the forefront of our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and service providers, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
  • Assist clients with placing orders, resolving issues, and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.

Requirements:
